Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. This describes how Apostolic Grow actually handles data today — plainly, without legal boilerplate we can’t back up.
What we collect
Apostolic Grow is software your church uses to manage its own people, attendance, messaging, and scheduling. The information in the system — member names, contact details, attendance records, messages, prayer requests, and similar records — is entered by your church and belongs to your church. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to advertise to your members.
How it’s stored
Every record is scoped to your church alone at the database level. Account passwords are hashed with bcrypt, never stored as plain text. Text-messaging and email provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Sensitive actions — bulk messages, admin-level changes — are written to an audit log with who did it and when.
Who else sees it
Sending a text or an email means it passes through the provider your church has configured (currently Twilio or TextGrid for texting, Resend for email) to actually be delivered — that’s the only third party involved, and only for the specific message being sent. Apostolic Grow itself does not share your church’s data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other church.
Account setup
There’s no self-serve signup — every church account is set up by hand after you reach out. That also means we don’t collect anything about your church before you’ve told us you want an account.
